Kota Warisan is a self sustained residential and mixed development area which is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from both Kuala Lumpur International Airports. Nazvilla Cottage Bed and Breakfast has been operating since 2013 and so far has been using Airbnb as the only platform to market herself.

Nazvilla Cottage Bed and Breakfast is a two storeys bungalow with 5 plus 1 rooms surrounded by garden, outdoor kitchen, outdoor bathroom, small pool and patios. There are 3 rooms on the upper floor and 2 plus 1 room at the ground floor. There are also 2 storage room, One is located under the staircase and another One is located inside Ocean Deep Bed and Breakfast room.
The Host and Hostess of Nazvilla Cottage Bed and Breakfast have dedicated the whole upper floor for Bed and Breakfast while maintaining the ground floor as shared area with guests and reserved the 2 plus 1 room as their private area.
THE UPPER FLOOR
There are 3 rooms available with one shared Lounge area.
The Lounge is furnished with a sofa, table & chairs, TV with selection of movies, fridge with drinks and some light snacks.
There are 1 Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom with hot water shower with bathtub and 2 Bedrooms with attached and shared Bathroom with shower but no bathtub. The rooms are named and rented out based on the size and the suitability of each room.
THE GROUND FLOOR
The Ground Floor consists of 1 Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom (with shower and bath tub) which is used by the Host and Hostess as their private area, 1 room converted into a private TV room also a place where the Host and Hostess rest and chit chatting with their guests, 2 Lounge, furnished with sofas and decorative chairs for the guests to sit and mingle with other guests or with the Host and Hostess, 1 private Lounge connected to 1 private Dining area where the family members of the Host and Hostess hang out and dined, 1 pantry, 1 kitchen and 1 small room attached to the kitchen for the house helper, one bathroom and one toilet just outside the house helper's room.
AREA AROUND THE HOUSE
The backyard connected to the kitchen is a covered backyard, currently being used as an extension of the kitchen for food preparation or other related purposes.
There is also a drying area where you can hang your clothes after doing your laundry. Adjacent to the drying area is a small covered garden which consists of 1 small pool (currently used as a beautiful koi pond), one toilet attached to an open sky bathroom with shower and a gazebo suitable for outdoor dining.
The front yard consists of a small garden with waterfall miniature, small pond and small stream. The side yard of the house that connects the front yard to the backyard is a big patio area, which can be used for outdoor dining as it is also equipped with outdoor kitchen.

POTENTIAL INCOME (Full Time Bed and Breakfast)
Nazvilla Cottage Bed and Breakfast can easily accommodates exclusively 10 to 13 pax per day. Our normal rates per pax including breakfast is RM 100 0r USD 25. Cleaning and linen fee are charged separately (Only charged per entry). A basic net profit of RM 80 or USD 20 per pax after deducting the breakfast and toiletries cost.
Our estimates are based on our own personal inquiries and neighboring Bed and Breakfast business. We cannot compare it to our own Bed and Breakfast statistics as the Host and Hostess currently doing it as a part time business and Only open the upper floor of the Villa ( The 3 rooms mentioned above) to guests.
