The main living area is open plan with a dining table that seats 6 people, a living room with two sofas , a large easy chair and a flat screen television. There is also a large desk space for computer or paper work. The sea-facing side is  housed in glass with concertina doors for a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer; oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave and lots of counter space. Crockery, cutlery and cookware are provided. The kitchen opens out onto a small, walled garden with a retractable washing line and hot/cold outdoor shower. There is also a small guest loo downstairs.
